Shipping policy
Our shipping take 3-5 business days, that does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Day one start a day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been processed. Products will be shipped using USPS, UPS.
Incorrect shipping address:
If a package is returned to Chokomax for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the delivery cost.
